Spring Tide is a three-dimensional mixed media sculpture that is part of the Permanent Collection of the NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. What we call tides are actually waves that roll around the planet as the ocean is drawn back and forth by the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun as they orbit around the earth.  Spring Tide is an interpretation of the phenomenon of tidal movement metaphorically—springing forth—to represent personal growth and evolution.
