Usurped

What was once a viable public school near downtown Jacksonville, Florida, was usurped for a freeway exit ramp which looms large—an apt illustration for the concept /book entitled “Form Follows Fiasco” and “God’s Own Junkyard” by Peter Blake, architect and former Editor in Chief of Architectural Forum.
